RFQ
1. What is your warranty period?
Our warranty period is 1 year or 1000 running hours, whichever comes first (except the damageable spare parts of Genset caused by incorrect man-made operation).
2. What are your payment terms?
T/T 30% advance payment, the balance 70% shall be paid before shipment.
L/C Irrevocable L/C at sight.
3. What is your delivery time?
As usual, the delivery time is 20 to 30 working days. If you have special requirements, the delivery will be longer. Kindly contact us to confirm it.
4. Can the generators be customized?
Yes. Our generators can be customized depending on the customer's detailed requirements. We can supply generators for rental business, home use, industrial projects, army projects, power station, etc. The generators we supply are suitable for indoor and outdoor use, lower and high-temperature environments.
